Okay, guys, this Etsy shop is currently making over $14,000 per month selling super basic AI generated images, and they’ve only been open for just over two and a bit years. But you’ve probably heard that Etsy is too oversaturated now, and you can’t make money selling digital products. But, guys, that is simply not true. If you do things correctly, you can make very good money selling very simple AI generated images on Etsy just like this shop has done.
Full Review and What You Can Learn
And so, we’re going to conduct the full review of this shop, guys. We’re going to look in detail at exactly what they do so well that I’d say honestly 99% of other shops out there just aren’t doing. You are going to learn a ton to take away and improve your Etsy shops. And so, if you’re new here, welcome. My name’s Alfie. I’ve been selling on Etsy for a few years myself now, earning some pretty good money. I’ve done over five figures myself just last month. And so, without further ado, let’s get into this shop review.
Dream Cafe Art Shop Overview
And so, as you can see on my screen here, guys, this is the shop in question. They are called Dream Cafe Art. They’ve made 155 sales within 2 and 1/2 years on Etsy. They are performing incredibly well, and they specialize in selling some very simple digital graphics, mostly just PNGs and clip art packs.
What Is a Simple PNG or Clip Art Pack?
And so, guys, for any of you wondering, Alfie, what on earth is a simple PNG? What is a clip art pack? Basically, if I go into it, I’m just going to show you here because it’s honestly it’s so simple. It’s literally just AI generated images that crafters buy that they can then download for themselves, use for their own craft products, you know, they can make their own, say, like cards with like Christmas cards, Valentine’s Day cards, you know, any like craft projects that they can use where they maybe don’t know how to use an AI image generator there, for example, or they don’t want to spend their own tokens, or they just don’t have the time to make their own images.
Why Clip Art Has a Steady Customer Base
This is where clip art is bought, and this is why there will always be a customer base to buy clip art because it solves a problem for a specific audience. And the proof is very much in the pudding, guys, because if I just go to Everbee here and we just take a really quick analysis overview of their shop, you can see monthly revenue pretty much 11,000 English pounds. So again, that is some pretty decent monthly dollars, to be honest.
Impressive Earnings and Etsy Performance
They’ve made half a million great British pounds on Etsy since 2023. I’m filming this in 2025. So again, extremely, extremely impressive. And so, yeah, I think you can see for yourself, guys, this is a mega shop on Etsy, and they perform very, very well.
First Look: Banner and Logo
And so, let’s just dive a few levels deeper into the shop. And I’ll first want to start, guys. Yeah, I normally start by touching on like the banner and the logo, right? Not much to say about this shop, to be honest. Pretty simple. Nothing too crazy, so I’ll just leave it there.
Professional Color Tones Used
I like that they’ve used the same color tones in both. You know, it just makes it look that little bit more professional. But apart from that, not too much to say.
Importance of High Listing Volume
However, guys, the first thing I want to point out, and if you watch my shop reviews before, you know that I’m going to say this straight away, 3,960 total listings. Okay, so for anybody out there who’s on, say, 20 listings and you’re wondering why you’re not making sales yet, I keep saying this. Etsy is very much a listings game, okay?
High-Quality Listings Lead to More Sales
And the more high-quality listings that you put out, not rubbish, not listings just for the sake of putting listings out, but high-quality listings gives you more opportunities to be seen, more opportunities to make sales, more opportunities, especially in a product market like Clip Art where you sell to crafters, right?
Selling to Crafters is Almost B2B
It just gives you a lot more opportunities to find a crafter that likes your style, likes your products. They’ll then come to your shop, buy from you, and of course, because you’re then selling to a crafter, it’s almost B2B rather than B2C. So business to business almost because you’re essentially supplying a one-person business.
Repeat Customers and Higher Sales Volumes
They’re going to be taking these images and using them time and time again for crafts in the future, which is exactly why the sales volumes for so many digital product stores go up so quickly because the returning customer rate and average order value of the amount of products they buy each time is so much higher than with physical products.
Clip Art Business Model Benefits
And of course, guys, you know how much I love clip art anyway. It’s literally something I teach step by step in my community. I’ve got my own clip art shop as well. I just love the clip art business model, and I know firsthand how profitable it can really be.
Examining a Best Seller Listing
And so, I just want to deep dive a little bit closer into some of these listings here. So let’s first start with, okay, well, so best seller. Okay. And let’s just start with this one.
Simple Graphic Images of Gingerbread Characters
So, as you can see here, guys, all it is is pretty simple, to be fair on the outset: pretty simple graphic images of gingerbread characters in teacups, right? And you might think to yourself, who on earth is buying that? Like, who buys that?
Uses for Seasonal Clip Art
But I tell you guys, honestly, clip art sets like these do so well. And I imagine this is being used for, you know, like making Christmas cards, making like Christmas party invitations, you know, all that good sort of stuff.
Simple Listing Presentation
And as you can see, guys, just as I go through the listing, it’s very simple. This particular store, they don’t even put infographics into their listings, okay? They really do just rely on letting the product do the talking.
Showing All Artwork Pieces Clearly
And one thing I really like as well is that they actually show all of the individual pieces of artwork that you get within the download or within the product when you buy it. They show all of that.
Transparency to Buyers
So you can see exactly as a buyer what you’re getting, and you can kind of make sure that you get everything that you want to be able to make the product with the images that you’re actually looking to create.
Presenting the Full Pack to Customers
But yeah, that’s that’s just the first thing I’d say. Make sure that everything that the customer is going to get as part of the pack is being presented to them so that they don’t have any unanswered questions about what they’re going to get or what they might not get.
Pricing on the Lower Side
Next thing, guys, I do just want to mention this. The price is on the low side. And I have noticed this about this shop. A lot of the pricing is on the lower side for a lot of their products, okay?
Sales Volume and Revenue Look Good
So there is no doubt that on the outset it looks like this shop has made a ton of sales. And of course, when you look on Everbee, you can see the sales volumes are very good and the revenues are very good.
Proposal to Grow Cost
But, I really actually consider they could be bidding a lot more for their yields. Honestly, I’m not someone that agrees with going this low for the pricing, to be honest.
Artwork Quality and Pricing Correlation
And I would almost kind of want to see them bump it up to at least a minimum of $3.50, even $4 and above, because I do think their artwork is relatively good quality.
Product Specs Review
And actually, if we just go on there and we scroll down, I’m just wondering if it actually outlines. Yeah. So, 2k by 2k pixels. Ookay 300 dpi.
Quality Level Passable
It’s not the highest quality artwork out there, but it is more than passable for a good quality product.

Ookay. If you want high hat clip art, you want to direct for like 4k x 4k pixels. 2k x 2k more than good enough.
Checking Sales by Listing on Everbee
And now another thing I’m interested to see, guys, if I just go back to Everbee and I look at their shop here, okay, and I go to their listings, I’m just interested to see sales-wise which listings are bringing in the most sales to the shop.
Seasonal Listings Dominate Sales
Okay, so I hope you can see this on my screen, too, guys. All right, the majority of these sales that this shop is making at the minute are all Christmas related.
Popular Seasonal Products
Ookay, so 100 PNGs, photos set of four, Christmas, Polar Express, which I am comely sure is a trademark stint like the movie. I am not sure. Do not grip me on that. It might be okay.
Christmas trees. Yeah, gingerbread men, winter botanicals.
Sales Continue in Second Year
So, that’s one thing I really want to point out here, guys, okay? Is that this shop leans so heavily into seasonal clip art, and you can actually see with the listing age, a lot of the listings here, they’re making sales into their second year of being listed.
Consistent Income From Older Listings
Okay, so they’ve done the work once, listed the product last year, and then to this day now, it’s still bringing them in very good money.
High Monthly Sales Numbers
So, like 66 sales a month, 57 sales a month. That’s not small chicken numbers, okay?
Value of Older Listings
That’s decent sales for a listing that they have produced a very long time ago.
Trending New Listings
And one thing I really like to do as well, by the way, guys, anything like this, you see this listing here, it’s been listed only 2 months ago.
It’s already making over 40 sales per month, right?
Using Trend Data for Sales
And if you look at the Everbee trend data here, you can see it’s massively trending up.
Importance of Research Apps
So, this is why using apps like Everbee is so crucial, guys, because me as a clip art seller, if I wanted to, I could look at this data.
How to Use Product Data
I could click into this product, right? I could see what the product is, go view it on Etsy.
You can see here, and it’s winter botanical clip art, and it’s Christmas wreaths and frames, right?
Recognizing Demand
I know that this is an incredible demand.
Okay, it’s been listed 2 months ago.
You can see the search trend, see the data.
Decent enough conversion rate at 3%.
You know, people are buying this.
Making Variations for Sales
What I could do is go away and create, say, three or four variations myself of this exact same product with these search terms.
And I know from the years I’ve been on Etsy that that would get me a lot of sales.

So that’s again, guys, why I really say that these research apps like Everbee are so, so, so good.
And I do want to give them a massive shout out because none of these videos would be possible of finding these winning stores, finding these winning products.
Using Trends to Boost Business
You know, even the help on my own store and my own businesses when it comes to looking at trending and data, seeing things before everybody else, hitting the trends before everybody else to put more money in my pocket, and even things like just going on to winning listings, right?
Scrolling down a little bit and seeing the exact tags that those listings are using and being able to copy them.

Guys, honestly, I’ll just say it now.

Branding Consistency in the Shop
But now, I do just want to go back to the shop, guys, and I want to talk about a few things that this shop does very well that you can definitely take into your own.
So, first thing you see, they don’t really have a super narrow established niche, okay?
They kind of sell just clip art in general, right? Just very general clip art.
However, they do have elements of branding that still tie everything together.
And I don’t know if you’ve noticed it already, but the fonts they use and the color tones of the fonts is very consistent in pretty much all of their listings.
Okay, see even these, it’s got the exact same, the exact same font, exact same font, exact same font, exact same font.
Why Consistent Fonts Matter
And now, why is that important, right?
Because, like I said, crafters like to buy a certain product type from the same business time and time and time again.
They like to know what they’re getting.
They like to know that the quality is what they’re after, and they like to know that the art style is what they want for their projects on a consistent basis.
Benefits of Cohesive Branding
So, specifically having something when selling digital products that are made for crafters that allows shoppers to easily identify that it is from the same shop or from your shop and something that really ties everything together and just makes your whole shop look so much more cohesive, so much more professional.
It just massively helps with conversion rates, massively helps with return customer rates, you know, and it’s just, yeah, just looking at it, it just looks so much more aesthetic, and it’s something that really doesn’t take a lot of effort at all, but it makes a massive difference.
Simple Listing Presentation Example
And another thing I really want to point out here as well, guys, and I’m just going to go into this bass fishing clip art here, ’cause this is a fantastic example.
The way that they present their listing is so simple.
And I will guarantee you now, guys, right?
There is no way that they have managed to get out almost 4,000 listings if they wouldn’t have had such a simple way of presenting them.
How Listings Are Created
All they’re doing for the mockup is just dragging and dropping new images in.
And then here for the actual listing images, again, all they’re doing is just dragging and dropping the artwork in.
It’s very, very simple.
There’s no way, you know, they’re not like presenting infographics or anything like that.
It’s nothing too crazy.
Conversion Rate and Pricing
But you can see, guys, it’s got an all right conversion rate.
You will see a lot of top digital product listings having a higher conversion rate of say 6% and above, 5% and above.
But of course, two things that massively go in this shop’s favor, very low listing price and a ton of listings.
Reason for Sales Velocity
And that in combination is of course what I believe personally a massive reason why they have had the sales velocity that they have had.
And I will say it time and time and time again, guys, okay?
When you have this many good quality listings, 3,960, it is hardly ever where I see a shop that has put this level of effort and volume into their business, right, that has not made thousands and thousands of sales.
It just does not happen.
Why Etsy Is a Great Platform
And that is why I love Etsy so much because it is literally the best platform where if you put the work in, you will get, and I would say almost guaranteed results, but a very, very, very high likelihood of getting very good results if you are someone that is willing to put the time and put the effort in.
You will be rewarded with it.
There is just too much evidence out there to suggest otherwise.

And I think if you’re going to take anything away from this shop, guys, okay, this is a very simple one: high listing volume, very simple way of presenting the listings, hit a ton of different niches, okay?
And I mean, they have really covered like all bases here, right?
But they’ve still hit a lot of the important ones.
So like Highland cows, horses, you know, a lot of the Christmas ones.
Everything I’m looking at now I know is good top selling products that have good levels of demand, and they’ve done that at an extremely high listing volume.
