All right, Job 1. So jumping on in here, the very first company that I’m going to share is called the Travel Corporation, and this is a huge travel-focused company. I have shared them multiple times on my channel and I really love pointing this channel out to folks who are interested in getting into travel agent work or if you just love a good vacation and you want to do something fun, this is a company to look at. They are huge. They have 10,000 plus employees. They were founded over 100 years ago, great reviews, and you can see that they have plenty for you to peruse on their Glassdoor. That’s what you want to look for.
Verifying Company Legitimacy
Okay, there’s a lot of phony baloney travel positions out here, but when you are confirming that the company is legit and you can, you know, trace them and they have multiple tentacles on the internet, you can go to their website and you can see people who work there. That is how you can verify that you’re working with a real company.
Travel Corporation Job Description
Now jumping into this hot lead, this is for the Travel Corporation’s customer service consultant guest experience position. This is fully remote and it is available US-wide. And what they are looking for is they’re looking for someone who is customer-focused. They’re genuine and passionate for delivering exceptional… They’re looking for someone who is customer focused, who has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service, consultative selling skill in upselling while enhancing the overall guest experience. You’re a problem solver and a team player.
Additional Job Requirements
And they have a lot of really helpful information down here that we can see. They have this information mentioned multiple times so we can’t miss all of that helpful information. And so additional requirements: availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. They are talking our lingo over here. We love evenings and weekends! And then overtime may be required. Hey, more money! Okay.
Certification and Career Growth
And then TAO certification—that’s Travel Industry Council of Ontario—is required within the first 60 days of employment. The company will cover the cost of the first attempt. So this is a big deal. Anytime a company is going to help you get more certifications, more education, just anything that’s going to help you in this career path, you want to take them up on it. You want to take it seriously because that’s how you can move around and increase your earning power.
Role Responsibilities and Sales Focus
And what you are doing in this role is you’re going to play a key role in Drop-ship high quality service while recognize movements to improve the guest experience through extra product contribution. Your focus will be on building strong connection, relationships and supposition with customize service, and driving value through pensive upselling when suitable.
So yes, this is a sales—drive It’s a perfect match between helping guests have a great time on their vacation with the guest experience as well as upselling. And this is a great foot in the door opportunity to becoming a travel agent. There are really great paying roles where they are looking for people who are experienced in the travel industry and you can do those roles from home, and this company offers those higher-paying roles.

All right, so jumping on into hot lead number two, it comes from United Health Group. This company is always hiring and that’s not necessarily a bad thing because they have 10,000 plus employees, 25 locations. Okay, they are running a major, major operation. There’s always going to be people coming, people going. And you can see 18,000 reviews on Glassdoor. Even with all the stuff that has been going on with them, they still have a very high rating on Glassdoor.
Healthcare Job Opportunity
So if you are interested in a health care company, you want to work in healthcare, maybe the lead that I share isn’t exactly a good fit, this is a great company to check out. Now I know y’all are going to love this lead because this is y’all’s favoriteest thing.
Okay, I have a data entry work from home opportunity that is available anywhere within the US. Yes! Okay, and this is for their claims data entry role. And one of the things about data entry and I’m always trying to give you all these tips because I know everybody’s interested, there are levels to data entry. Some data entry jobs are really low pay. Some data entry jobs can pay you pretty well. When it’s connected to something like claims which has, you know, multiple moving parts, that’s when it becomes more lucrative as far as the pay goes.
Job Benefits and Qualifications
And you know just scrolling down here we can see so many important details that would be very important to us to know. Okay, we see all of those details. You get great benefits with this role. Okay, and that’s what we love. This is an important detail. Okay, all of this, that’s what we want to see. And we are worth so much as work from home employees.
So I’m always letting everybody know don’t get stuck in the trap of thinking I have to request the low end always. Okay? Always request the high end because you are worth it.
Thus far as qualifications go, you need a high school diploma or GED. Your must be under 18 years of age or older. One year of experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook including the ability to create, edit, save and send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence. Basic proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications and ability to work full-time.
You’re going to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, and it may be necessary given the business need to work occasional overtime. Hey, we love it.
Preferred Qualifications and Job Duties
And so preferred qualifications: If you’ve ever worked in medical and/or dental claims for a year, that’s something you definitely want to point out on your resume and cover letter. If you’ve ever done any data entry, if you have worked in a production-based environment or experience in an office setting environment and you were performing job duties on the computer, if you can type 60 plus words per minute, and if you know ICD10 and CPT codes, those are really preferred qualifications.
And hint hint, this is how you further customize your resume which I’ll talk about in just a moment here.
So what you’re doing in this role is you’re going to provide general claim support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, and processing and adjusting claims. And you’re going to conduct data entry and rework, analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary. So you’re helping the claims team with this data entry work that you’re doing.
How to Apply and Resume Tips
And so if you’re like Delilah, I love this, then you would want to hit the external application button. Unless you already work for UHG, then you’d hit the internal one, and then you would want to RESUME TEMPLATE submit a resume and we have the most perfect resume.
Okay, we have multiple that you could choose from. So let’s say you are not coming from the wonderful world of insurance claims, I would use the data entry résumé template. It is perfect for customizing and I would pair it with the data entry cover letter template and I would make sure to mention any of those things that they said are really nice qualifications.
If you have ever done data entry, if you’ve ever worked in a production-based environment—which if you’ve worked, you have—okay, every company expects something of you. So I would use this specific term for the ATS: production-based environment.
And of course, since they are wanting you to, you know, be able to type and, you know, do all these things, you would want to specifically mention Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Those are already on the template. And, you know, if you have 60 plus words per minute typing speed, okay, show off! All right?
In the skills, all right, make sure you let them know front and center: I can type and my fingers can move like the wind. Okay, so that’s how you further customize these templates.
And remember, these are already pre-filled out. You can keep what you want to keep. You can change what you want to change. And then boom, download, get your application in.

And now let’s move on to the third and final hot lead.
So jumping on Job 3 in here to the third and final hot lead.
This comes from a major bank, US Bank.
And if you’re not familiar with this company, which I have shared multiple times over the years on my channel, this is a huge operation.
They have 10,000 plus employees according to their Glassdoor.
Been around since 1863, 37 locations, and 12,000 reviews on their Glassdoor.
Y’all, when Glassdoor reviews are filled out like this, it just makes my heart happy.
We can bet that when we look at those reviews, okay, we’re going to find out what we really need to find out.
And that’s what I’m always encouraging y’all to do.
You want to get on with a company that is a good fit.
And this helps us figure that out.
Job Description and Hiring Details
Now jumping into this hot lead: This is for their customer experience specialist corporate payment services position.
They just posted this.
They anticipate closing this on the first, but y’all know these leads can close with little to no notice and quite fast.
Okay, quite fast.
They are hiring for an 8/11 start date.
I believe down here in Georgia, the kids go back to school like end of July.
So just in time for the kids to get settled in at school.
Okay, and they are hiring 25 remote full-time agents and they give us a lot of really great information down here as far as what we are going to expect.
Okay, the schedule.
All right, they give us all of these different start times and that’s wonderful.
To qualify you just need a high school diploma or equivalent and typically at least 18 months of customer service or related experience.
And these are preferred skills.
Okay, preferred skills.
Guess what? Customization.
All right, that’s what we want to use this information for.
