Today’s first remote job is with the company Good Leap. This is a customer care advisor, and it is fully remote within the US, and it is a full-time position. Now, a little bit about this position. You’re going to be responsible for initiating the sales process, building and managing prospect lists, and generating qualified leads that will be passed on to designated sales staff for follow-up.

Experience and Qualifications for Good Leap

Now, main responsibilities in this role, they want you to have some customer service experience or sales experience about 3 years. That could be any type of customer service experience. If you have some previous experience in solar customer service or sales, that is a preferred qualification. If you have some previous customer service or sales experience in the solar industry, that is preferred. So, make sure you get that on your resume.

Skills and Work Ethic Required

They want you to have excellent verbal, written communication skills, ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely fashion. Hug change and flexibility to the needs of the business & the team. Being able to accept and apply teaching & advice from your management, & a confirmed track record of dependability & a strong work standards is a must.

No Prior Remote Experience Required

Now, you’ll notice here that they do not have any prior remote experience needed in this role. So, if you don’t have that prior remote experience, this is going to be a good job for you to apply for. Damages in this role is going to be $22 per-hour.

Job Duties at Good Leap

Now, mainly what you’re going to be doing in this job is you’re going to be representing Good Leap as a subject matter expert. They are going to give you training. You’re going to do some phone calls to customers. You’re conventional to provide unusual customer service & reinforcement.

And the second remote position is a data entry operator with the company Axion. This role is not going to require you to talk on the phone. So, if you’re looking for a job where you’re just entering data from home and not having to talk to people or customers over the phone, this will be a good one for you.

Responsibilities and Work Hours at Axion

As a data entry operator, you’re going to be responsible for entering information into various computer systems as well as partner portals based on project requirements with a 0% error rate. It is a part-time position, 20 hours per week with the potential to increase to full-time 30 plus hours per week.

Requirements for Axion Data Entry

Requirements in this position. A high school diploma or counterpart is mandatory. 2 to 3 years of data entry skills with a key-stroke rate of 15k key-strokes per-hour. Skilled in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel. Also using Windows or a Mac computer. Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Additional Eligibility for Axion Role

Capability to work a lowest of 30 hours-per-week. Reliable internet and proof of authorization to work in the US. And you’ll be paid bi-weekly through direct deposit.

Now, we want to filter on Optum. So, we’re going to go to choose business and we’re going to click on Optum. And then from there, you can drill down on job category.

If you have a particular department you’re trying to get hired in, for instance, if you’re in billing or claims or customer service, you can go ahead and drill down on those further.

You can also drill down by job level. If you are at an individual contributor level or you want to be a manager, you can do that as well.

So, they have a customer service rep here. This one says Golden, Colorado. Now, that may mean you have to live near Golden, Colorado, but it also may be just available anywhere in the US. So, you have to go in and you have to check.

But, I’m going to go look for something that I think probably is open more throughout the US. Usually, when you see Dallas, Texas here with all these different cities and states, that means they tend to be open more in the US.

And so, we’re going to click on this job. And it says the primary location is Dallas, Texas. But down here, you can see they say this position is remote in Central, Eastern, or Mountain Time.

And you can work remotely from anywhere in the US. Now, this position is open full-time, and you will have to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

Work Schedule and Training for Optum Job

So, no nights, no weekends in this position. If you need to be off during those times. If those hours aren’t within your time zone, then you will just have to be able to work within those specific hours.

Occasionally, they may ask you if you want to work some overtime. Now, they’re going to offer you four weeks of paid training, and that is done via Teams and some training articles.

The training will usually be b/w 8:10 a.m. and 5:10 p.m. peaceful Standard Time.

Proficiencies required for the Optum Role

So so so, needed proficiencies for this role, yo’re only need a high–school diploma. You have to be 18-years or older.

They’d like you to have one year of billing experience within healthcare and experience with Epic.

One year of experience in a call center answering calls, familiarity with computers and Windows applications, and ability to work any 8-hour work shift between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

No Prior Remote Experience Required at Optum

Now, again, I want to point out that this does not say that you need any prior remote experience. So they are open to people who don’t have that experience.

If you don’t, then this is going to be another good one for you to apply to.

Primary Responsibilities for the Optum Position

Now, primary responsibilities, you’re going to be answering inbound phone calls, responsible for reviewing and documenting key accounts, identifying any issues and trends, and escalating them to your supervisor as needed, reviewing patient liability questions and concerns.

Work properly conforming to your agency norms & forms all actions in the system.

React to overall data inquiries &/or billing investigation, transmit correctly in a skilled attitude, & process all work-related blames skillfully, timely, & directly.

And the salary range for this role is from $16 to 27, almost $28 per hour.
