You’re going to be typing, doing a lot of stuff at the computer, and there’s a little teensy tiny bit of phone involved. I’m talking the teensiest amount. So, I know y’all are going to love these because data entry is in high demand.

So, go ahead and take care of that business. And now that you’ve done that, we are ready to jump in.

First hot lead: Action Behavior Centers overview

All right, you guys. We are jumping Job 1 on in here. And I’m so excited about these hot leads. Okay, these are really good. And I love that they are no experience friendly.

So, jumping into our first company, this company is called Action Behavior Centers and I have shared them before. This is an ABA therapy company for children with autism, and you can find a lot of information on their website.

You can learn all about them and of course you guys know my favorite is learning about companies over at their Glassdoor. They have 10,000 plus employees, 322 locations. What? And you see they are nearing 2,000 reviews.

I had no clue this company was this big. Like I forgot how big they were. So, there’s a lot of information for you to peruse.

Job details for authorizations confirmation specialist

Now, jumping into their hot lead, you’re gonna go to the link that I’ll put in the description box and scroll down. They are currently hiring for an authorizations confirmation specialist.

This is available US wide, and they let you know that you do not need prior data entry experience. Okay? They are just looking for someone who is responsible and you are detail oriented and you are easy to work with and enjoy day-to-day duties.

Okay, that is who they are looking for. So, they need someone who has a good attitude, you know, a little worker bee and you’ll be trained up to do this role.

So, what are you going to be doing? Well, it says that they’re currently looking for a well-qualified, detail focused, multitasking, full-time confirmation specialist for our authorizations team who will provide accuracy and support in entering authorization information.

So, you are going to do data entry and you need to have 100% accuracy and you’re going to have to confirm and enter patients’ authorization information with 100% accuracy in a timely manner.

And so you’re going to upload authorization documents quickly and accurately. Okay, notice how they keep repeating accurate. Okay, they need someone precise. Okay, that’s who they’re looking for.

And then confirm authorizations via phone calls, daily faxes, and online portals. So that’s where that little bit of phone comes in.

And remember, you’re not talking to customers, you are confirming the authorization. Okay? So, you’re going to be talking to other businesses, other professionals.

You’re not going to be on the phone with customers, having back-to-back phone calls. And as you can see, everything else is just about verifying that authorization information is entered and matches and then collaborating with the director of revisions and manager of insurance changes.

So everything you’re doing in this role is about typing, entering that information, confirming those authorizations, and the tiniest bit, maybe like 2% of the time, you might be on a phone call.

But remember, you can also confirm those authorizations via fax and online portals.

How to understand job lead details and time distribution

So, I point these things out because I want y’all to know how to read these job leads and kind of start putting it together in your mind what you’re going to be doing and how much of what you’re going to be doing.

So, they’re talking about all this computer clerical type and data entry stuff and then they mention, you know, sometimes you might have to confirm through the phone.

So that lets us know that’s probably going to be less than 5% of the time. And everything else here is going to be you typing and entering that info.

Qualifications and pay for the first job

So to qualify, remember it’s no experience friendly. They’re going to train you.

You just need a high school diploma, demonstrated organization, facilitation, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.

You need to be able to collaborate, do teamwork, problem solve, achieve goals, and then, you know, they’re just a little bit repetitive.

Verbal communication and listening. Provide excellent service to customers, excellent writing skills, a high level integrity and trust and clerical experience preferred but not required.

So, this is no experience friendly, y’all. And you’re going to get great benefits.

Now, the pay here, it says it starts at 15 an hour. And if they are going to keep you at 15 an hour, that’s great.

Okay, I know it’s not high paying, but remember, a lot of companies aren’t willing to train. They want you to show up with experience and especially in something like authorizations.

There are very high pay authorization roles out there and to get to those roles, you have to have experience with authorizations.

So, this is a foot in the door opportunity.

Salary details and application process

And I also want to point out that they do say starts at 15, but I did find one salary submitted on Glassdoor for this role and it looks like people are making about $42,000 per year.

And then the base pay says $39,000 per year. So that would be like $19 to $22 per hour.

So if it were me, I’m going to try to get the most. I would try if I have no experience coming in at like 20. I’d ask for 20, but if they say nope, it’s 15.

Take it or leave it, I would take it.

This one comes from a company called Motive Care.

I have shared Motive Care many times and Motive Care is also a health care company.

They offer non-emergency medical transportation solutions, in-home and personal care solutions, patient care solutions, and integrative supportive care solutions.

So, they are doing their thing.

And so, they have 10,000 plus employees.

They’re kind of on the fence with how people feel about them, but it’s a no experience role and it’s a typing based role.

So, we want to hear what Motive Care has to say.

Job details for client services representative

So, jumping into this lead, this is for their client services representative position.

It’s full-time. It’s available US wide, and they aren’t looking for any experience.

They let you know that you can have zero years of experience.

This is key if you’re looking for something where a company is willing to take you as you are and train you up.

Okay? You want to see something like this, okay?

They just want you to have your high school diploma or GED.

You got to know Microsoft Office and Teams preferably, but not really.

Okay? And then if you don’t have that education, they will substitute experience for that.

You need flexible work hours, be able to work independently and as part of a team, comfortable using a computer and saving electronic files.

You got to know Microsoft Office and great communication skills.

Be able to complete tasks, be a team player with a positive attitude, multitasker, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.

Okay? So, they’re looking for stuff that you can have whether you’ve worked before or not.

Okay? So, you can have done these things where maybe you were in school or just in your own time, you’ve developed the ability to be all of this.

Okay.

Responsibilities for client services representative

So, what are you going to be doing?

Well, they let you know that they’re looking for a client services representative.

And you’re going to be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete client and company records and providing excellent customer service while handling inbound phone calls, emails, faxes, and physical mail, and routing communications to the appropriate party or responding to client and related services themselves.

And so you’re going to manage help desk tickets and other reports and completing the required actions those tickets and reports specify.

Now, it looks like you’re going to be handling a little bit of everything.

And again, this is another foot in the door opportunity because a lot of higher paying roles want you to have experience in help desk tickets.

They want you to have experience with emails and faxes and physical mail.

They want you to have experience handling inbound calls.

And everyone starts from somewhere.

So, you’re going to start off at $15 per hour and you can go up from there.

You get great benefits.

And it’s a Monday through Friday roll, 9:30 to 6:00 p.m. Eastern.

So you’ll have Saturday and Sunday off.

Some of these things, they’re nice to have, but the one thing you got to have is a compatible computer.

Okay, these companies don’t accept Macs by and large.

Okay, only a couple of companies I’ve ever seen accept a Mac.

And most of these companies don’t accept Chromebooks.

That doesn’t have enough RAM.

I believe that’s what why they don’t accept them.
