Position Details and Requirements
This is a full time remote position, and they are looking for candidates who can start firstly. So, this is going to be hopefully a quick hire. Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills, experience working with BO vendors or outsourced contact centers, familiarity with WFM tools, work experience supporting seasonal or growth environments, exposure to CRM tools like Zenesk and Salesforce, and the ability to present data clearly to senior leadership.
Pay Range and Background Flexibility
And the pay set for this role is 28USD to 3350USD per hour. Again, you do not have to have a degree for this role either, and you don’t even have to have healthcare specific experience as long as you have either some analytics or call center or contact center environment.
Customer Service Background Counts
So, those are really just customer service roles. You could have two to five years of a customer service role experience and an understanding of just hitting certain, certain metrics within call centers. Learning Excel and you can qualify for this position as well.
